Project Task Saved Search to Display Number of Employees in Two Columns
HI to the formula gurus!
I have a project task saved search with no criteria to show me the count of project task employees by project. This works correctly.
i.e Results: Project Code (Summary = Group), Employee [we call this Resource] (Summary = Count).
But I have a further requirement to show this count by the Department of the project.
So I tried the following formula (plus other variations) but it gives me an error:
Formula (text) = case when {job.custentity_hw_unit} = 'Operations (PPI)' then {custevent_hw_resource} else 0 end
Where: custentity_hw_unit is the field 'Department'.
Operations (PPI) is the Department value.
