Showing full months only when doing relative dates

If today is the middle of the month and I set analytics to show data on or after 8 months ago... it grabs partial months and starts in the middle of the month 8 months ago... right?

Is there a way to do relative dates that only grab full months? Like date = the start of the month 8 months ago and includes all but the partial month that we're in?
