Is it possible to restrict values in a field drop down list by user role?
Hello All,
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to restrict form fields that use a drop down list by the NetSuite role being used?
e.g. you have a call field that has a list 50-100 values but these values cover various countries (France, USA, UK, Germany)
Is it possible to have a role that would only give you one countries values and not any other countries?
I thought of using similar search restriction to that used for customers. Instead of customer restrict list values by using a country pre-fix (FR) for any list values?
or maybe use a script/workflow
