Predefined Product Lists for Certain Customers

We have a decent amount of customers that we need to predefine a list of products for, that they can easily access from their My Account page. We are currently using SCS with the Horizon theme version 3.0.4.

I am looking into product lists to accomplish this. One of our major customers has over 100 sub-customers. Is it possible to do a shared product list? Or can we import a product list for certain customers? We did try to use Personalized Catalog Views, but this did not work. I am now looking into product lists as a solution.
