SAML SSO set up question

Hi guys,


I am thinking of implementing SSO for all users and am wondering how others deal with access for external parties. This is mainly for our partners who regularly access our production account using an external email address in order to fix issues. What is the best practice here?


Also if we remove SSO from Sandbox every time we refresh I need to log in through different browsers for access to production and sandbox?
