Error message EP_00020 payment file administration

Hi - Tried to create a payment to suppliers but when creating the payment file to upload to the bank the file has come up with an error message EP_00020. I've search suiteanswers but doesn't refer to this particular error message. Does anyone know where to start to investigate what's causing this error?
