Custom Plug-In Types not available in Custom Script

Hello Guru

I have multiple Custom Plug-In Types installed by bundles.

I am developing a custom Restlet script and I need to add some of that Plug-In Types into my Script, but none of them are available. I click the drop down list and I only have the Plug-In Types that are not installed by bundles.

If I preview the code of the Plug-In Types created from bundles, they have public scope.

How can I add this Plug-In Types into my script?
