Invoice Consolidation

I'm trying to enable the Consolidated Invoices bundle first noticed in this SuiteAnswer https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/89141/kw/billing%20parent/related/1 but am unable to find where/how to install to our account? Thanks for your help
