Change the employee SUB

Hello Everyone!

How can I change the Employee's Subsidiary ? the user were on an old SUB and we created new SUB and I need to move the users to the new SUB for their Payroll and data access ?

the record showing the SUB as grayed out and cannot be changed from the user record, is there a way to achieve this ?
