Printing Customer Statements - NL file

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has this problem.

I have generate a customer statement, I am unable to download it as a PDF. Netsuite only allows me to save it as a NL file. The image I have attached below is a screen shot of the top of my browser. Please note the top left hand corner. I am using google chrome.


In contrast, when I generate an invoice and then try to download it, I have the ability to download it as a PDF. Below is a screen shot of the top of my screen...


Is there a setting I need to change?
