No Way to Create Case Online?
We've been using NetSuite since it was OSBS, and have always chosen self-support instead of paid support. Until recently, we could report bugs and errors by creating a case through SuiteAnswers. Now, that option appears to have been removed; the only option we see is a phone number, and calling that gets nowhere because we don't pay for support.
Have others seen this change, or is this just the way NetSuite is telling its oldest friends to get lost?
