Purchase Order & Quote Item Description field not populating and Amount not calculating?

Within the past day or so, the Item Description field is not populating when manually entering a PO transaction. Upon selection of an item from the dropdown menu, the UOM and Cost fields populate, but not the Description field. The amount field is not calculating either. The PO line is not able to be added.

Also, I was just told that these issues are seen when creating Quotes too.

I know these worked on Friday the 26th, but were first noticed yesterday 3/1. Is anyone else experiencing new problems in this area?
