Auto login time Suitecommerce Advanced

HI All,

This is my first post on the support community here. We have been using Suitecommerce and Netsuite for about 2 years now. We love the solution in general.

Today I would like to ask your help on the following. We do receive from time to time complaints from our customers who have logged in on the Suitecommerce shop that they're logged out from the shop after a while, probably about 20 minutes (i found that here on the forum in a post of 2013...). Can this timer be configured somehow? is there a way to extend this maybe to 60 minutes?

Hopefully can someone help me into the right direction.
