from where does {shippingtaxitem} reference?
We have a minor problem with tax calculation of the shipping amount on sales orders. We've noticed that some sales orders get created without a shipping tax code. The majority of SOs are correct though.
I think that it comes from the Shipping Item. However that doesn't explain why the same Shipping Item on different sales orders may not always have a Shipping Tax Item.
Any guru tips on where to seek out a Shipping Item Tax default?
