Custom segments on items
Hi
I have created a custom segment. This custom segment was enabled for service for sale items, and sales transactions.
I modified the setup of service for sale item "123" with segment "Segment A" and it also has class "Product A"
However when the item "123" is chosen on the sale, the segment field is blank and class field is "Product A". I had to manually choose from the drop down list "Segment A" in the segment field. This was unexpected, I thought this would populate automatically.
Is there something that I must do in the setup to make the value populate automatically on the sales transaction?
