Picking Ticket Bin Locations
My Advanced PDF Picking Ticket uses the variable ${item.inventorydetail} and this typically displays the Bin or Bins that the item is contained in, along with the quantity available.
Can you explain where this data is taken from?
- Is it based on the Inventory Detail Sub Tab, Bin on Hand list for the location?
- Or the Purchasing Inventory, Bin Numbers list for the location?
- Or something else?
If an item is ordered on a Sales Order as a Special Order item with a linked Purchase Order, and that item is Receipted into a Location from that Purchase Order and put into a specific Bin. Should the Sales Order picking ticket display that Item to be picked and the single Bin from that specific Item Receipt? Or should it show all bins for that item in that Location (assuming the same item has been booked into other Bins in that Location)?
