Importing Vendor Pricelists

edited Mar 18, 2021 11:57PM in Account Administration 13 comments

Hi, I'm fairly new to NS, but have discovered a few 'quirks' which I'd really appreciate help with. After many attempts, I have successfully imported some inventory items. I'm now trying to import a vendor's pricelist to match with these. I have successfully imported a few trial records, but there's the odd item which it won't import. There doesn't seem to be any ogical reason why, I just get the following message:
"The following line(s) contained problems and could not be imported:

Line 2: KD0002 - Spoons Childs Feeding,1002,5.46, Reason: Invalid item row"

The bit in blue is the product details. I have checked the CSV file in both Excel and wordpad, there are no strange characters in the record, the encoding is correct, it is no different to the other items, but it won't import. This was just a trial with a few products, I have thousands to import, so I'm keen to find out why this happens. Can anyone help - please?! It's driving me mad!

Howdy, Stranger!
