Format Profile - Invalid account mapping key?
Hi,
I am setting up a Format Profile for a Financial Institution so that I can import BAI2 bank statements to do the bank recs. 5/6 accounts are fine but when I type in the Account Mapping Key for the final account, I get this error:
The account mapping key is 14 digits long, so I am confused as to how it thinks it is a credit card number when those are 16 digits long. It is a UK GBP account and the account mapping key is made up of the 6 digit sort code and the 8 digit account number. Other UK accounts (EUR and USD) with the same length of account mapping key have been entered without error. Is there a way I can override the error by confirming it is definitely not a credit card number?
