Formula with weekdays only?

Hi, this is a saved case search, and for formula numeric I have this formula to calculate number of days between case created date and date part shipped field. its working fine but i want to eliminate weekends from the calculation. can I eliminate weekends and hopefully holidays from this?

ROUND({custevent12}-{date})
