How we can stop creating/updating the POs on some role before the end of the month 10 days.

Hello NetSuite Guru,

Could you please let me know if NetSuite has the ability to prevent some roles/users to create/edit the Purchase Orders from some specific dates or a specific day of the last week of the month (for example every Monday of the last week of a month) till the end of the month?
