Defining drill down detail in custom report

Hello there, I'm working with a custom report I created, and it won't let me modify the drill down link. When I click on an amount, it brings me to a "detail" report with almost no information. I tried customizing this report, but the drill down still went to the basic version.

The "More Options" tab is missing the drill down option for some reason. What would be the best way for me to customize the drill down report?
