auto sign out after some time(like 30 min) of inactivity

Hi,

is anyone else is experiencing sudden sign out from NetSuite after like 30 min of inactivity?

Internet and PC is not on sleep mode, but we heard from some users that they pull something up on NetSuite and was away from NetSuite for some time like 30 min; NS asked to sign in again. this is not a usual behavior for us that is why I am bit concern.
