External Checkout - Payment Method

When we try to create a new Payment Method.


Accounting > Accounting Lists > New

Choose Payment Method


We only have three options available under "TYPE"


Offline

Payment Card

Payment Card Token


The trouble is we require "External Checkout". There seems to be something stopping this on our account but we are unable to ascertain what.

Does anyone have any idea what we should be looking for?
