Workflow Action |Set Field Value| Trigger Client fields list grayed out
I am following SAID 63173
Step 3:
- Click Set Field Value
- Basic Information:
- Trigger On: Select Before Record Submit
- Triggering Client Fields: Select Ship Complete
When I follow step as detailed in SAID the Trigger Client Fields list is grayed out and I am not able to select the trigger field. Any Ideas?
