Workflow Action |Set Field Value| Trigger Client fields list grayed out

I am following SAID 63173

Step 3:

  1. Click Set Field Value
  2. Basic Information:
  • Trigger On: Select Before Record Submit
  • Triggering Client Fields: Select Ship Complete

When I follow step as detailed in SAID the Trigger Client Fields list is grayed out and I am not able to select the trigger field. Any Ideas?
