Insert or Update Custom Record with Import whitouh ExternalID

Hello

I need to import data on a custom record in scheduled mode on NS.

These (4 fields) data could then be repeated (with only one field that can vary in value) or be new data.

I would like to understand how to update the data on NS starting from the CSV without using the external ID but using the mapped files for import.

Another question, what limit is the ExternalID field is an integer?
