Oracle NetSuite WMS - 2020.1.0.11

We're doing a re-organization of our warehouse (creating new bins, pick/put strats, etc)

In regards to Zone or WMS Zone, SuiteAnswers states, "Zones are areas in your warehouse that contain items with similar qualities or requirements"

What are these 'similar requirements'?

I don't see a field on the item record that would relate to these 'Zones'. On the item record we have Division which seems to line up with the WMS Item Family.
