Weekly Transaction Report

Is there a way I can run a report that will show me all the transactions week by week?

I would like to be able to run a report that will show me all the transactions for all my departments so i can ensure that we are on the right track and transactions aren't being allocated to the wrong gl accounts or departments, etc.
