Source Time Entry Field Value from Project Task

I have a custom transaction line field (custcol_hw_ir35time) on the Time record which I want to source its value from a custom CRM field (custevent_hw_roleir35) on the Project Task record. But the Time record field is blank and is not sourcing a value from the Project Task. What may be causing this?

Both fields are of type = Checkbox.

Store value = True.
