Log in Pages and Saved Passwords

It appears there are two different pages used to log into NetSuite.

https://system.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp

And this one:

https://*******.app.netsuite.com/app/login/secure/enterpriselogin.nl

I think the second one comes up if either:

  • Your session in NetSuite has timed out and you need to re-authenticate
  • You click on a URL to a page within your NetSuite environment (such as a link to a saved search) when you are not already logged into NetSuite

As you would expect, most users choose to save their login details into their browser - we can debate whether they should or shouldn't do this, but it is a basic function of every browser and users will do it.
