SuiteCommerce Action Diagnostics

Hello NetSuite Gurus,

I experience slowness in SCA on PLACE ORDER action. Using the APM for SuiteCommerce I found that the total duration of the Place order action is 65.34 s, but the APM is showing only the User Event scripts & Workflows durations. How can I know where this time is coming from (65.34s) ?
