Drag and Drop Pattern Recognition
We have the Drag and Drop bundle installed in our SB and Prod accounts. I have created a new File Drag and Drop Setup to send Journal attachments to the Journal Folder. This is working as designed.
My question is the only recognizable patterns are Subsidiary, Department, Role and Record id's. The challenge is that the InternalID is not an easily recognizable folder name and users will have to cross reference the folder names with the InternalID to determine which attachment is in which folder.
For example:
