Bank Feed Import Schedule
Automated Bank Data Import for Bank Feeds (custhelp.com)
This says:
- A schedule is created to import your data automatically. Every day, NetSuite imports any new data from your financial institution into your accounts on the Match Bank Data page.......
Where is this 'schedule' held, and can we alter it?
Our importer currently imports the data in mid-afternoon - it would be much more helpful if we could set it to download in the morning when we need updated data.
I know we can manually refresh the data, but this is a) time-consuming and b) not consistently successful - it sees that the manual refresh can fail (relatively regularly) where as the scheduled import appears to be consistent.
