How to handle storing confidential employee documents for onboarding from the Employee Center?
In regards to the SuitePeople HR module for employee onboarding, one of our clients would like to use the onboarding functionality and create tasks for the completion and storing of the employee's various governmental document (W4, I-9, etc.). As part of this process, they would need to be able to easily provide the files for the employees to complete and upload into the system. Due to the sensitivity and confidential information included on those forms, what is the best way to store them in NetSuite in order for the new employee that is being onboarded to easily access
