NACHA Data Security Rules 2021 for Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp

I'm looking at an email about this and also Answer Id: 99923

Can anyone confirm/clarify if these NACHA rules apply in the UK?

I've had a look online and it seems to imply that it is a US requirement, but it isn't really clear....
