Scheduled WF spamming the System Notes

Hi folks,

Is there any way to exclude certain fields, or the actions of certain scheduled workflows, from the System Notes area?

(it is not to do with logging, but the actual field value change)

I have a scheduled WF that will update some fields on customer record. Every time it runs then creates the System Notes below (that I would like to avoid):
