Billing Schedule 40% Deposit and 60% when shipped

I need some guidance on creating a billing schedule on a billing schedule for 40% deposit and then 60% when the order is shipped. These orders are a custom build, and large orders and it may ship over a few months. Is it possible to do this in NS?
