Ship date of Sales Orders.
Hi folks,
Our of your experiences, what would be the best solution for the situation below:
- Sometimes we need to modify thousands of Sales Orders recently approved, by changing the SHIP DATE to a further another date.
- We currently have to go line by line, of each of those thousands Sales Orders, change the date and confirm YES accepting the WO will be affected. This takes hours and hours to be done.
- After, we have to call each customer and inform his Sales Orders will be delivered later.
Is there any way , for instance, where we can change the body field SHIP DATE of each Sales Orders and then it replicates for each line (saving us a lot of time) ? Currently if we change it, no lines will be affected.
