Summary Account box is grey so can not mark account for that feature. Why?

Hello All.

I am trying to mark the account I annotated in the screenshot here to use the feature of Summary Account. All others worked perfectly. Except this one. Nothing is posted to this account. Nothing will be posted to this account.

I can not check the box, as it is greyed-out.

I checked this account in SB1 & it is identical in every way that I can try to see yet it does have this feature enabled on it.

Why?
