Automatic Domain Certification when manual certificate expires

Our domain is registered through Network Solutions. Our current cert expires later this month. I have already paid Network Solutions to renew our domain subscription. They are asking for a CSR (certificate signing request).


My question is, do i need to obtain that from Netsuite myself or is that taken care of in the Automatic Certification process? Or do I merely send them my latest CSR from last time we renewed?
