Demand Planning + Future Dated Bill of Materials
Hello,
Does anyone know a product that can support demand planning with future dated BOM? Ideally fully integrated with NS. Here are our requirements :
Our basic requirements are the following :
Assembly 123
Component 1 - qty needed 3
Component 2
Component 3
Assembly 567
Component 1 - qty needed 1
Component 7
Component 6
Demand Forecast
10 Assembly 123
5 Assembly - 567
Therefore
Component 1 - 10* 3
Component 1 - 5 * 1
Total Demand for Component 1 = 35
AND
We need to include a future dated BOM revision (Bill of Materials Revision/Future Recipe) on the demand plans. If FUTURE REV will be used in Oct, system should consider this and tell us that the components must be purchased as early as July (or whatever lead time we specify on the item).
