Negative opening balance for the New account

Hi,

We have few accounts which we did not use till Jan 2021. When we run the Standard balance sheet till the end of 2020, We see a Negative opening balance, and it's doubled from yesterday. There are no transactions associated with the account till Jan 2021. I am not sure from where the Negative opening is coming and why it's showing the Negative opening when we run till the end of 2020. We did not open the periods.

Any help is appreciated.
