Task: Eliminate Intercompany Transactions can't proceed

We can't close month period due to the task: Eliminate Intercompany Transactions failed last night, we clicked Run Intercompany Elimination button again this morning. It stucked in Initializing status for a few hours.

In Initializing status, Message shows 1648981 lines to proceed. Not sure if the number exceed the limit.

In Failed status , 1 Error: Count 2997 Unexpected Error.


Can you please advise what cause this issue and how to fix it?
