Hello, on our sales orders we were wondering if it's possible to create a button called Quality. Then when our quality teams click on that button they are able to created a linked transaction that will show up under related records on that sales order so they can fill out a form and log all their data in custom fields we create. It would also be nice to be able to select different forms as some orders require a different set of quality metrics.

AKA: Click a button on the Sales Order, fill out a form, have it linked to the Sales Order under Related Records tab.
