Here are details for each question, Asher ? * It is not possible to remove Paired Intercompany Transaction and Intercompany Status fields on the custom form setup as these are not exposed and is still logged as a system limitation through Enhancement 237660: Return Authorization Form (external) > Paired Intercompany Transaction field is not available for customization under Screen Fields > Main. Please note that it also covers external sales order forms. Upon checking, these fields can hidden through script. * You may check Answer Id: 14038 - Forms Used When Viewing, Creating and Editing Sales Orders in Customer Center article to identify the form you should customize. * Contact Support and See Support Cases were removed on my end when I set Cases to None. Please try clearing your browser's cache and see if the links are still available. Hope this helps ?
