how to change a date in a Workflow to Set Field Value to specific date each month

I am trying to change Expected Close Date on an Opportunity to the 23rd of each month.

I tried this but it's not working:

DATEDIFF (dd , -7 , LAST_DAY(month) )

Was I close? I know nothing about SQL but what Iearned in SuiteFlow courses and SuiteAnswers, so far. Any suggestions are appreciated.
