Make field Mandatory workflow not working

Hello Experts,

Can you please guide us with the process of making a Win/Loss field mandatory basis on the selection of value in status field

Status: any of "Customer Inactive", "Lost Customer", "Active", "Active -Non Buying", "Review" triggers the win/loss field to be set as mandatory else not.

I am unable to search status type under condition visual builder"

So i selected triggering client field as "Status"

Condition (Visual builder) as Status= opportuity:Closed-Lost,Opportunity:Closed -Won

Trigger on: After field edit

Parameters: Field "Win/Loss reason"

Mandaotry check box triggered on
