Workflow "From Field" Desired Field Not In DropDown
I have created several Worfflows but am having an issue trying to autopopulate the field ITEM PROCESS GROUP when creating new part numbers. Below is the process I am following.
Initial Workflow Screen:
RECORD TYPE = Item, SUB TYPE = Serialized Assembly/Bill of Materials,
Event Definition = ON CREATE and ON VIEW OR UPDATE
NEW ACTION = Set Field Value
After I select ITEM PROCESS GROUP for my Parameter FIELD, I then click the FROM FIELD button.
Herein lies my issue: After that, when I try to select my Value choice by clicking on the dropdown box I only have one option: ITEM PROCESS GROUP. i need to select another option, but only have the one to choose from.
