Issue with customer portal set up

Hello Experts,

We are looking to use the NS functionality of utilizing NS customer portal acess.

On giving the customer portal access to customers and customer is able to log in.

However, customer is unbale to select any item to create a sales order. Item list is not populating.

Can you hep me with the set up steps or guide what are we missing.
