Automatically Apply Promotion - Only use once per Customer - Error on subsequent Orders
We have a Promotion that is based on a Customer Group that is only allowed to be used once per customer. It is configured as follows:
When I raise a Sales Order for a Customer in that Group that meets the Promotion criteria, the promotion is automatically applied as expected:
When I then add a second Sales Order for that customer, the promotion is not applied (which is correct and as expected) - but I seem to get this error shown:
And the promotions tab shows this:
And I can't save the Sales Order until I untick the 'Automatically Apply Promotions' tickbox.
